What Is OrthoK?

How Does OrthoK Work?
How Do You Use OrthoK Lenses?
You only need to insert the lenses 5 - 10 minutes before you sleep. The lenses will only work when your eyes are closed and you are asleep, so it is important to get a recommended 7 hours minimum of sleep each night to maintain a suitable length of wear and treatment.

The first thing you will do when you wake up is remove the lenses. They will be cleaned in the morning so that they are ready to insert again when you plan to sleep later that night.
